As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for an experienced Head of Growth who is obsessed with performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and unlocking scalable growth opportunities. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of modern menswear.

This is more than a growth role.

You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Data, E-commerce, Creative, and Leadership, helping drive sustainable revenue growth across all channels. From paid media and CRO to customer lifecycle strategies and international expansion, you'll have a direct impact on the growth trajectory of the business.

We're looking for someone who:

• Completed a bachelor's (HBO/WO) degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field but not mandatory.
• Has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital commerce.
• Has strong experience scaling DTC and e-commerce businesses.
• Understands acquisition, retention, attribution, and customer lifetime value.
• Can confidently lead cross-functional teams and growth initiatives.
• Loves solving complex growth challenges and continuously raising the bar.
• Brings analytical thinking, ownership, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset.
